Task Search, Filtering, and Sorting

You can now search, filter, and sort tasks in your task views, giving you more control and flexibility.

With the new search functionality, you can quickly find tasks by searching for text in the task name. Our filtering options allow you to narrow down your task list by Owner Team, Owner User, Status, and Due Date. Additionally, you can sort your tasks by due date, created date, and updated date to prioritize your work effectively.

Each of the four task views now includes prebuilt filters, which you can edit to see updated lists that match your specific needs.

Stay tuned for future updates, as we plan to introduce the ability to save custom task views, similar to how you can currently save custom case views.

As always, please let us know if you have any feedback.
